Risk management & surveys

Before a camera is specified or a guard is posted, the ground has to be understood. NarusVia conducts risk surveys that are operationally literate: they describe how a site would actually be approached, not how a checklist would like it to look.

• Walk the ground

  Surveys are done on site. Approaches, sightlines, lighting, access control, routines and neighbouring context are recorded as they are, not as the plans describe them.

• Proportionate advice

  Not every vulnerability needs a product. We distinguish between what must be closed, what can be monitored, and what is accepted with eyes open.

• A document you can act on

  The output is a clear report: findings, photographs, priorities and a suggested sequence of work. Written for the principal and the estate manager, not for a filing cabinet.
